This was sent to me and I found it very beneficial Alhamdulillah. You print 4 sheets (1 for each week). It's actually a check-off list to keep track of what you are doing during Ramadan. I think it's a great way to keep ourselves accountable for what we do and to increase our good deeds & improve ourselves. If you look at the past days & see that you are not doing that much, Insha Allah seeing this paper in front of you will encourage you to do more.
