Water Fountain Performances outside the Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall in Dubai, UAE - March 2012

As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh! I hope this finds you close to Allah & in the best of health and Iman, Ameen.

Every 30 minutes on the dot, there is a huge water fountain performance set to all kinds of difference music. There are so many different performances and are really nice to watch. The Burj Khalifa is in the background and it's the tallest building in the world. The Dubai Mall to the right, which you hardly can see, is the world's largest mall with over 1,200 shops, 160+ restaurants/cafes, an indoor ice skating rink, and indoor aquarium and a movie theater inside. I was in Dubai for 4 days, in Saudi for 3 months and in Bahrain for 3 days.

If you don't listen to music, you can simply mute your computer or device.

This simply is the Athan or call to prayer being heard outside the Burj Khalifa which is the tallest building in the world and the Dubai Mall which is the largest mall in the world with over 1,600 shops, 160+ restaurants & cafes, an indoor aquarium, and indoor ice skating rink and a movie theater inside. I was in Dubai for 4 days, Saudi Arabia for 3 months and Bahrain for 3 days.

This is a short video I took showing what it looks like outside at night. The Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world and the Dubai Mall is the largest mall in the world with over 1,200 shops, 160+ food & beverage restaurants & cafes, an indoor ice skating rink, an indoor aquarium and a movie theater inside. This is a really nice feature inside the Dubai Mall. It's a very cool looking water fountain. Dubai Mall is the largest mall in the world with over 1,200 shops, 160+ food & beverage restaurants & cafes, an indoor aquarium, an indoor ice skating rink and a movie theater inside.

These 2 videos show a totally awesome candy store in the Dubai Mall called Candylicious. Dubai Mall is the largest mall in the world with over 1,200 shops, 160+ food & beverage restaurants & cafes, an indoor ice skating rink, an indoor aquarium and a movie theater inside.

For the first 4 days of my 3 month trip this past Spring, we stayed in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We visited the Dubai Mall every day. It's a really beautiful mall inside and out. I learned that Dubai Mall is the World's Largest Mall!

The Dubai Mall opened in November, 2008 & is the world's largest shopping mall based on total area and sixth largest by gross leasable area. It is part of the 20-billion-dollar Burj Khalifa complex, and includes 1,200 shops & over 160 food & beverage restaurants/cafes. The mall is 4-5 stories high.

Dubai Mall has alot of the same mall stores that we are all used to as well as local stores, British stores, etc. It even has an ice skating rink & Aquarium inside! There is a movie theater and a HUGE water fountain outside that performs a show every 30 minutes to music. The fountain has different choreographed shows that follow the beat of the music.
