This is some very important information for those of you with toddlers age 1-3 or babies that will be toddler soon. CPR FOR ADULTS IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN CPR FOR BABIES & TODDLERS! Some typed information on the internet can be confusing to follow if you don't have some sort of idea of what to do in case your toddler is choking. YouTube has some really great videos that will show you exactly what to do.

It's definitely worth taking a CPR class, even if you've taken one before, because the guidelines for CPR were updated at the beginning of 2011. There is even more of an emphasis on fast, quality compressions.
