I found this website online for memorizing the Quran, and it's free!

It's easy! Just select the Surah, which Ayat you want to memorize, choose 1 of 4 reciters, you can choose the continuous option or the paused between Ayats option, how many times to repeat each Ayat & how much time in between repeating the Ayat!
